Folio were asked to stage this impressive, architectural apartment designed by the renowned architects Delugan Meissl in the heart of Kensington. After being on the market for a while. A beautiful curved staircase links the two floors in the centre of the apartment, giving a spacious open plan-living and dining area. Perfect for Folio to be creative with the space.

The designers thought and worked with the appropriate target market using pieces of high end furniture and lighting for the space, striking sculptural accessories and beautiful soft furnishings giving the apartment a sense of luxury and class. Folio achieved this within 2 weeks from a site visit.

Folio achieved the goal which was set out to do by Installing within 2 weeks of seeing the property in October, went under offer in January and exchanged and completed in the February after being on the market un-staged for a while. The property thrived with being staged, and got many viewings.
