Following an initial site visit and consultation at the property, our interior designers will then create a bespoke design proposal that is uniquely tailored to the property and most importantly the demographic of buyer. Our primary objective is to optimise and elevate the presentation of the property in order to achieve a premium price and minimise the time it spends on the market.

Because every property is unique we don’t have a specific style but tailor a bespoke look for each house or flat. Through the use of suppliers such as Tom Faulkner, Porta Romana, Julian Chichester and Soho Home we offer our clients interior design schemes that are in keeping with the value and stature of their properties.

We understand that for the majority of vendors, speed is of the essence. We aim to deliver installations in 7-10 working days from the date of client confirmation. However, our bespoke dressings are not limited by solely relying on the existing stock we hold. When required we also order new stock for projects so that the pieces we select are uniquely tailored to the property and the demographic of buyer. This leads to higher-quality design schemes and, in effect, a higher chance of your property selling for a premium.
