Barny began working in home staging back in 2017, and has a deep understanding of HNWI client needs, demands of the PCL property market and the quality of service required to deliver a luxury, bespoke service. Barny’s diverse background in sales, client relations and logistics provides the building blocks for Folio’s success and makes him expertly equipped to lead the team. Motivated to redefine home staging standards across the prime and super-prime residential property markets, he co-founded Folio in 2022. Outside of the office, Barny enjoys long distance running, live music and dividing his time between Holland Park and the Cotswolds with his wife and three children.

Tim started his property career after graduating from university in 1999 and predominantly worked in Central London, 15 years of which were spent dealing with the Super-Prime Belgravia market. The knowledge of the London property market Tim gained whilst working in agency has been invaluable in helping establish Folio as a market leader in the Staging Industry. Out of work, Tim enjoys walks with his 4 year old dog, travel, food and wine.

Laura is a Senior Designer at The Folio Group, with a degree in Planning and Property and formal training in Interior Design from KLC School of Design, completed in 2020. Her experience spans high-end residential and commercial projects across prime London locations and international markets, where she brings a thoughtful, considered approach and a quiet confidence in exploring new styles. Outside the studio, Laura draws inspiration from travel, running, and time spent exploring art and creative projects.

With a first-class degree in Interior Design and a background in high-end residential projects, Lucy brings a refined eye and technical precision to the Folio team. Her work, which has been featured in several interior magazines, blends luxury aesthetics with functional styling. Beyond Folio, Lucy finds inspiration through travel and music, and stays energised through weightlifting and surfing.

Since graduating with a first-class degree, Lucinda has developed a broad skill set working across high-end residential projects in London. She combines a sharp design eye with a practical approach, helping transform spaces into aesthetic, functional interiors. In addition to her design work, Lucinda leads the company’s social media presence, showcasing projects with innovation and impact. Beyond the studio, Lucinda enjoys netball and hosting friends, drawing creativity from adventurous travel and inspiring art.

Joel, James, Luis and Harry bring more than 70 years of combined experience in luxury property logistics. They expertly manage the storage, installation and removal of our £1.5 million portfolio of industry-leading furniture, ensuring every piece is handled with the utmost care. From a fifth-floor lateral apartment (without a lift) in Notting Hill to a 5,000 sq ft residence in Belgravia, the team apply their skill, precision and professionalism to every project, every day.
